Movement, Embodiment And Ecstasy

Ecstasy is our natural state of being, and yet for most people, it feels completely out of reach.

Our bodies are constantly trying to relax back into ecstasy, but our culture is constructed of bodily patterns which put the brakes on this natural state of aliveness.

So if we want to live ecstatic lives, we need to stop blocking the routes to ecstasy…

In my body of research #ArousalInstinct, I develop knowledge and physical tools to make the road home to ecstasy accessible again. The central points of leverage in #ArousalInstinct are a precise combination of movement and embodiment.
